I swam a mile at Fairmont Acquatic Center. I mixed up the swim more than usual, adding more kick board and a few more drills, along with some "sprints" -- which are more like a mild jog to any decent swimmer.

Jon--I think I'm going to try to run the Law Day 5k, which is this weekend. Probably I'll just rest all week and then head out and see how my foot does for three miles. I probably can't really "race" on it but I do want to be in the field. Then again, not running it might be ok too.
