I swam a mile again at Fairmont Aquatic Center. I did a few laps with the kick board, which is hard!

I swam a mile at Fairmont Acquatic Center.  I mixed up the swim more than usual, adding more kick board and a few more drills, along with some "sprints" -- which are more like a mild jog to any decent swimmer.
