I could only spend 20 minutes at the gym this morning, so I did 1.25 on the treadmill at 8:00 until I decided that my achilles was starting to hurt more, and then I did 7 minutes on the elliptical until the treadmill called me back for .5 at around 6:40 (?). My achilles didn't hurt at all for that last .5, so maybe the slower speed makes it hurt. Or maybe it doesn't hurt under a mile. Or maybe I need to warm up and then it won't hurt. Also, I need more time at the gym. 20 minutes isn't really a workout. |
