I decided to do 5 miles today. I ran 2.5 and stopped to stretch because my hips really hurt from my Sat. long run. Anyway, when I got back up my legs were like Jello. I felt like I had no control over them at all. I finally felt okay a mile later. I finished the run in about 56 minutes. I really can't decide what I hate more, running 10 miles slow and easy, or pushing myself for 5 miles. |
