I stayed out late last night (saw the new Batman), and then had to get up with the kids twice in the night, so by the time 6:30 AM rolled around, I couldn't get myself out of bed. I have decided, and I don't know if I have already posted this, but I am going to pass (most likely) on doing the September half marathon. Right now it is more important for my husband to train for his marathon. So we are coming up with a schedule for us to run. I will most likely keep my miles in the 2-4 range and concentrate more on strengthening my back, since it tightens up SO much after runs. I like Pilates because it REALLY works your abs, in turn strengthens your back. If anybody else has any suggestions, let me know :) I do want to run a half in November. By then the day will have cooled down, and it wont be such an issue when I can run and when David gets to.
