8 in 7:52. Calves have been problematic. Took yesterday off. Slowed the pace down today and tried the last 2 miles with a heel strike. I think I'll test that out some and see what my knee does. Maybe I can slowly transition back to a heel strike now that I've got some miles under my belt. I don't think my calves are going to let me go much over 40mpw on a forefoot strike.
