I ran these 95% off feel and 5% adjusting off the watch. Started around 6:10 pace and warmed into 5:20 before settling on 5:40s. Easy does it.

| 10 x 30s hill sprints. Boy oh boy it feels good to be running fast. Yet always slightly depressing to see how out of form I am in the beginning. I just used an overpass, so not an aggressive grade. Maybe averaged 5:10 pace on the sprints and still felt pretty gassed.

| 15 x 1:00 on/off. Went pretty well, though I'm definitely running too hard for threshold. 5:36 avg according to the watch. I'll have to slow down when I extend the reps until my fitness catches up.
I was worried about my left calf after the hill sprints, but it's calmed down. Hardly felt it today.

| 10 x 30s hill sprints. I'm having a bit of sciatica in my left side, and it really hampered me on the first couple. Full warmup with drills, but it still took a couple reps to loosen up.
Calves were sore but fine. Still adjusting to forefoot striking. My right knee complained just a bit, but I don't think it's a big deal. Very different pain from the patellofemoral stuff, but keeping an eye on it.

It's still early. I'm actually running and doing workouts. All of this is awesome. But man, I wouldn't mind fastforwarding to when literally anything faster than easy pace doesn't hurt so much.
