4 very easy. Added 10 minutes of cycling right after. No pain.
I had my follow-up yesterday following the MRI. Everything is intact. There's absolutely no damage or inflammation in the posterior tibial tendon. There is a bit of inflammation in 2 different tendons in my foot where they cross and connect to the bone. Can't remember their names. But no pain in the foot, so probably not the issue. Doc says there's no medical reason for me not to train.
I'll follow up with the PT and see if we can figure out a way to solve the recurring pain. It's already calmed down again, and I'm able to run without pain. It's baffling.
