30 min pool workout + 7 miles running (53:59). Adding the pool stuff has made me feel completely worn out. Also did 4x100yard strides just to see how the knee would respond. Seems to be fine so far.
Easy run around Lake Padden. I tweaked my Achilles tendon a bit in my strides yesterday, over did it just a bit. It's been sore walking around, but it didn't seem to bother me too much on the run today.
