5 easy. I saw the team chiro this morning, and he worked a little magic on my knee/hips and showed me some stretches and exercises to do to limber up my old-man hips. Hopefully the swelling will start to go down soon.

50:39 for 7 miles. 5 down the Boardwalk and back to campus for a couple turf miles. The knee held up pretty well, I was glad not to have to back off today. Ice bathed 15 minutes after, just got to keep things together.

5 miles easy up near Rockport. I went up steelhead fishing today after school and then camped out in the back of my truck. Took a headlamp and ran up through the woods in the dark. Kinda cool to see all the eyes staring back at me.
