7x1000m on the Urb today. 2:00 rests, which I think were about double what they should've been. 3:06 down 3:07 up 2:59 down 3:04 up 3:01 up&down 3:01 up 2:48 down I just think shorter rests would have put us more around race pace than murdering these reps at 3:00/k. Anyway, 4.5 mile warmup (I think longer warmups are working out for me), and 5 mile cool down. I felt really good. |
