6x1200m workout at Padden today. This was not the most organized workout we've ever done. We ran the 10k course, but rests varied anywhere from 1:30 to 3:00. 7200m of total work, but I didn't feel like it really worked me all that hard. And on the other hand, I felt sluggish today. It was just really hard to get my legs turning over. But oh well, I'm pretty sure I'm just feeling all the work from last week and Sunday's long run. That stuff adds up. 3:55, 3:44, 3:38 (downhill), 3:43, 3:40, 3:42. |
