60 min elliptical, then headed up to Yakima for the Sunfair Invite. The boys and girls teams ran very well. Boys placed second to 20th ranked Eisenhower by a narrow margin (26-29). I ran for about 2 min during a couple races to test things out. We'll see how it feels Monday.
