AM - Went to therapy yesterday and was told I have bursitis above my knee cap and maybe a little tendinitis. Had ultrasound and shock therapy done and was told to keep doing the leg extensions for strenghthening. And lots of icing. I'll probably do some cross training next week, but I want to give it a few days to see if it will get better without cutting out running. Anyway, an easy 5 this morning. PM - Added 42 minutes of biking. Heartrate at the turnaround was 132.
