12 easy. Came so close to rolling over and going back to sleep. But I got out and got it done. Can't remember if I said it already, but I need to write my training plan. Endless weeks of easy pace are demotivating to me.
On the plus side, the hamstring feels 100% and I haven't felt anything in the posterior tib in awhile. I think I'll go another week of just easy stuff and then try a small 1:00 on/off workout.
