Popping in for an update. Been cycling ~30min just about every day. Doing my PT excercises religiously. And making slow progress. Slower than I hoped. I've been able to run a handful of 1:00 on/off type runs, but I'm not at the point of being able to build volume yet. The right knee is still slightly stiff/inflamed, and I'm having patellofemoral pain if I ramp things up too much. Too much weight or too much running.
6 x 1:00 run/walk this morning. Knee felt very good.
