8 x 2/1 run/walk on the Lake Padden loop. I'm in Anacortes for work and am checking out some of my old haunts. I love this area. Miss the trails and access to trails. Utah has some great outdoors access, but this area takes all that and pretty much plops it in your back yard.

Took a few days off running since last week was a significant increase in load. Easy 3 on/1 off in North Salt Lake this morning.

My knee is holding up pretty well, but there's still a good bit of stiffness. And every now and then I do something that makes it hurt. So still being very careful. Still working with my PT, spending a lot of time in the gym, and still cycling just about every day in addition to the little runs.
