4.32 miles in 36'48".  My left calf is a little tight, but other than that, I feel pretty good.  Pain level at about 1.5/10.

My baby is feeling much better today.  :o)  She and daddy have decided to take a trip to the store to finish up their Christmas shopping so mommy can run and then relax.  Isn't that sweet!  :o)  I hope everyone is having a great day!

I know. I didn't keep an eye on my pace until I was done. I probably should slow done. I was just going with what I thought felt comfortable.

It comes out to 8:31/mile pace. Awesome for you if that feels comfortable! Maybe your body needed a break and now that it got one you are just speedier now!
