I have been married for almost 14 years to the best man in the whole world.  I have 5 awesome kids and am trying to "find joy in every journey."

I love to run because it involves only me and it challenges me.  It helps me feel good about myself.

Bike 30 min

Elliptical 20 min

Didn't want to get up early this morning so I went to the Rec. Center and put the boys in the daycare.  They really like it there.  

I rode the bike first and then moved on to the elliptical.  I hate the elliptical.  I think it doesn't feel natural.  I only lasted 20 min on that and so than I moved on to the stair stepper.  Now that is a workout!  I have never sweat so much before.

Hoping to head to the pool tomorrow.

Met Toby at the pool this morning.  It is hard to get up so early in the morning but, I am always glad to have my workout done for the day.  I am feeling really tired though.  I am hoping I can kick it before tonight because we have ward temple night and I don't want to fall asleep in the temple.  

I am so loving the weather!!! I wanting to run outside!

Well I had every intention to go and ride the bike for an hour today, but my little guy is coming down with a cold, I think.  I already have gotten "in trouble" once with a day care lady, so I didn't want to rock the boat.  Besides, I would not want to pass along the cold if that is what he has.  

Anyway, I did 50 min of circuit  training.  That was hard but it felt good!  I really enjoyed the repeated tapping on the head from my 2 year old. LOL  My abs are sore and I am starting to feel it in my calves.  GOT TO LOVE IT!  I am still hoping I can go later tonight.  We will see. :)
