Personal:

I have been married for almost 14 years to the best man in the whole world.  I have 5 awesome kids and am trying to "find joy in every journey."

I love to run because it involves only me and it challenges me.  It helps me feel good about myself.

Well I had every intention to go and ride the bike for an hour today, but my little guy is coming down with a cold, I think.  I already have gotten "in trouble" once with a day care lady, so I didn't want to rock the boat.  Besides, I would not want to pass along the cold if that is what he has.

Anyway, I did 50 min of circuit  training.  That was hard but it felt good!  I really enjoyed the repeated tapping on the head from my 2 year old. LOL  My abs are sore and I am starting to feel it in my calves.  GOT TO LOVE IT!  I am still hoping I can go later tonight.  We will see. :)

WAy to get a workout in despite stinky day care rules. They should simply have a 'sick bay' where we can throw them if they're sick :) Don't those ladies know we still need our workouts? :)

Rad- Amen to that! I actually got in trouble for bringing in snacks for my boys. The lady said that I needed look at their rules and I did and there is nothing in there that says that I can't bring in some pretzels for my kids. Go figure.

You're so cute! I can just picture your little guy tapping your head to get your attention! WAY TO get in a workout.
