I have been married for almost 14 years to the best man in the whole world.  I have 5 awesome kids and am trying to "find joy in every journey."

I love to run because it involves only me and it challenges me.  It helps me feel good about myself.

Didn't want to get up early this morning so I went to the Rec. Center and put the boys in the daycare.  They really like it there.  

I rode the bike first and then moved on to the elliptical.  I hate the elliptical.  I think it doesn't feel natural.  I only lasted 20 min on that and so than I moved on to the stair stepper.  Now that is a workout!  I have never sweat so much before.

Hoping to head to the pool tomorrow.

My feet fall asleep on the elliptical...

Very nice workout, and glad the boys had fun in the daycare. It stinks when they do not like to go there!

I've found that the elliptical feels better when you stay more steady with less bouncing and just move your legs faster. Get those RPMs up and it can be a butt kicker! I also like the elliptical machines where your arms are moving instead of just holding stationary handles. I'll do elliptical any day over getting in a cold pool.

Nan- thanks, I will have to try that. The elliptical is a very good workout. I just need to suck it up and do it more.
