I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

pretty tough....really tough!! i have only ran 5.5 miles in the last week and a half so a long run wasent too easy but i tried as hard as i could. after the hell hole hill (say that 5 times fast) i picked up the pace alot.

life lesson.... dont send a friend request to timmy?

morning run: 5.5 AWESOME! haha kinda, it was tough but after yesterdays run it felt like nothing.

afternoon: 3 it wasent as hot as i though it would be, we kept it nice and easy and it felt great to lift again.....i feel so powerfull....so strong....
