I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.
Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

Make it on the USU A-team Personal: I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area.
Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

| | Hello everybody!
I'm back at this. Just got home from the mish. Met with the team near the Dixie center and ran 3 miles with the boys. I felt really fresh! I ran every now and then in CA these last couple of years, so I'm taking it slow going back into full force.
Upper body strength lifting and 20 minute freestyle swim in the afternoon.

| | Ran in short shorts and no shirt all alone in the desert north of Washington city. Turtle country. Hopefully the airplanes didn't think I was flashing them with a mirror. That would just be my white skin. I felt good on the run. Again, just 3 miles. Did leg strength lifting and a 20 min. freestyle swim in the afternoon.

Didn't know the team meets early on Monday mornings, so I ran a little farther than my planned 3 miles, but it felt good. Met up with Coach Holt, my old hommie. We and the boys did a couple of "fart-lickers" on my way back to the starting point while they kept going.
No swim or lift today. I was up in Brianhead with the family all day.

| | met with PVXC and did a quick 3 miler. They chose to go down into washington fields. The way down was great! We were going about 7 minute or less pace. For a minute I thought I still had it! But, when there is a downhill there will eventually be an up hill. The way up was a little slower and gave my cardio system a good workout. It was good though. Did some good stretches and core work with red-leader afterwards.

| | Met up with Ben Powell, the hellian, and red leader. We ran out to church rock, climbed around for a "good show" as my brittish friends say. Longest run I have done for a while, but there were no rattle snakes in the underpass pipe. "good show" indeed. Cheerios governer. Cheerios.
