I did P90X Plyometrics last night with my wife.  She's doing great.  She's lost over 100 lbs.  My back did not like Plyo X.

100 pounds is GREAT! Too bad your back is acting old. Mine acts out once in a while too. ONWARD!(crack)

Thanks Tara! What doesn't kill us only debilitates us more.

From Tara on Tue, Sep 25, 2012 at 13:37:17 from 75.169.142.129

LOL! I know! You need a shirt with that saying.

From Burt on Tue, Sep 25, 2012 at 13:58:59 from 71.216.109.214

I just need a shirt.

From julieesplin on Tue, Sep 25, 2012 at 17:14:44 from 75.169.176.51

I kind of liked the no shirt Burt. Tell your wife I think she's amazing, for the 100 lbs, and just because I really liked her when I met her. Have you posted a recent photo of her?

From Ericka on Tue, Sep 25, 2012 at 17:39:31 from 24.10.179.23

Props to your wife. That's amazing!

From Burt on Tue, Sep 25, 2012 at 18:03:28 from 71.216.109.214

Don't flirt with the no shirt Burt. You might get hurt.

Thanks Julie and Ericka. I probably won't tell her because she'd be mad that I'm telling people how much overweight she was. Women! Who can understand them?

From julieesplin on Wed, Sep 26, 2012 at 11:47:34 from 75.169.176.51

Post a picture of your wife and then we can all say how cute she looks and you can tell her that.

From Burt on Wed, Sep 26, 2012 at 11:57:46 from 71.216.109.214

Now you're flirting with my wife? Geez Julie!

It's been 5 months since I finished the p90x, and I have not desire at all to do the videos ever again. Especially plyo- that's one sweaty experience!

Super kudos to your wife for finishing the plyo video with you while you were flinging sweat all over her. And congrats to her on her weight loss- that's some serious business and I'm impressed.

You're an awesome supporter Burt. Best Body for Life coach I know! :)

From Burt on Thu, Sep 27, 2012 at 22:18:20 from 72.223.86.148

QP - Jealous? Some day when you least expect it, you will be getting the sweatiest hug from me ever.

RAD - Body for Life??!! I should punch you in the ovary!

From RAD on Thu, Sep 27, 2012 at 22:27:38 from 98.202.23.178

Sorry, obviously it has been TOO long since I saw the commercial at the end of the p90X video. Beachbody...I mean beachbody. I'm tired. I'm blonde. Please don't hold this against me, I need my ovaries :)

From Burt on Thu, Sep 27, 2012 at 22:29:28 from 72.223.86.148

Ok. Next time I won't be so forgiving.

From Rhett on Sun, Oct 07, 2012 at 13:00:56 from 184.10.181.215

That is great! Congrats to your sweetie!

P90 X works.

From Burt on Sun, Oct 07, 2012 at 13:38:53 from 72.223.86.148

Thanks Rhett! You're going to be faster than ever!
