Easy miles along Canal again from my house this morning.  Nice day even with all the head wind and side wind, never a tail wind.  Solo effort out and back.  Whole Body feels great. 8:30AP

Easy out and back again from my house on Canal.  Mild natural progressive.  Nothing fancy.  Just wanted to ease into some pace.  8:52, 8:26, 8:12, 8:11, 8:04, .04 @7:50AP.  8:22AP

Quick out and back this morning on Canal from my house.  Felt sluggish at first but quickly found a nice sub 8 pace the last 1.5 miles.  Body is feeling great.  8:11AP

Easy jaunt along canal trail from the house again.  Easy miles the whole time.  Felt good again.  8:27AP

Sluggish morning.  quads felt off but just felt a little tired overall.  Maybe a little dehydrated.  Not too worried.  I feel good just probably an off day.  Out and back again on Canal Trail from the house.  Very slow and easy 8:43AP

Solo Effort. Medium Loop that included Canal Trail/Porter Rockwell Trail and 13th East. Good easy and comfortable run. Effort was just to log miles. Enjoying the build up and getting a good base again. 8:29AP
