AM: early lunch run while comcast setup my new office in Draper for everything IT. Excited for the biz to keep growing. Decent easy run today solo effort again. 7:52AP
PM: Tinneman workout this evening on the BDL. Started a good wu and then ran round 4.5 to 5 miles at MP Effort. Really the first time I have tried to do any workout since July. Felt good. Did a little over 3 miles easy. Good run. 7:28AP
PM: afternoon run after some office work. My house along Porter Rockwell Trail to 106th south and back into the Draper Medium Loop to finish up. Kept it very easy the whole time. 7:58 AP
