Lunch: splitting up some running today. Kept the first 5k at 8:25 pace. Started at 9:20 and went down to 7:40. Felt good. My quads are still really fatigued and a little sore. My head was tired today. Enjoying the recovery mode... Biceps, Back and Abs... PM: did another 5k same strategy as the Lunch workout. Just trying to shake out the fatigue. Getting better as time goes on. Chest weights... Swimming 300 meters, wet/dry sauna, hot tub...
