10 rotations of 1min plank/50 Leg Lifts

2.18 miles on ellyptical @L12 in 20mins.  Felt way too easy.  psoas still sore and residual nagging in the adductor area.  Hammy and calf felt way better.  Who knows? Staying positive.  More later...

PM:  3.1 miles on the ellyptical@12 in 20 mins.  Went faster but still felt easy.  Then 1000 meter swim @ aerobic pace, BS.

bro you can swim!? maybe you can teach me one of these days. stay diligent and try not to go crazy. it's a short time period that feels like forever i know, but after it's over and you look back on it, it's just a blip on the radar. use the time for building strength, cardio endurance, rest, and dialing in the diet. just like an off season phase. you can set yourself up big time brother!
