Lunch: quick 5.1 miles before heading to San Antiono for work meetings. Hip, right hamstring and both Achilles still sore and tight. No co clue what the deal is. Right abdominal wall right also. Just going to take it is easy the next few days and not press. Might take a few days off.
PM PM: late night 3.3 miles around Quarry Market Mall in San Antonio by my hotel. I did a little progressive. Legs felt great. Excited to just keep training.
