Lunch: Went out to run with Ben again. At about 3 miles I was hammered and did not feel good at all. Decided to cut it short. I felt horrible like I had no stride. I immediately made an appointment with a massage therapist and went and got a massage. My hip flexors and IT bands needed it badly. I hope this will help me tomorrow feel like I can get back into some kind of groove.
PM: Decided to not do 3-4 more miles of shake out and just do some abs, chest and arm weights. Glad I took the pm off from running. |
