AM:  Group run with Toni, Mike, Scott, Matt and Reed.  Really pleasant temps this morning.  Felt good to push through the tightness.  Did mid 6' for about 5 miles of the run.  Felt very relaxed for how inconsistent and crappy I have felt the past 3 weeks.  Good run with the group.  Man they recover fast.  Dan and Brandon get back to us soon...

Don't worry about me buddy :). I'm finally healthy and feeling good. No reason for me to be doing 10 a day right now. Still getting used to running every day again. Going to try and work on the speed i don't have for a while before ramping it back up.hope your back feels better soon!
