AM: Easy miles with Mike, Scott and Matt from Matt's house on the Turkey Point Loop. Felt tired from yesterday @ about 8.5 mile mark. Enjoyable run. Great conversation and good stories...

Nice miles and great workout yesterday. Solo workouts like that are really tough but you stuck with it and should not be dissapointed at all.
