3 mile warmup, 2 1 mile repeats time: 6:28, 6:19, with jogging 400 in between. 2 400 meter runs: 80 seconds each. then 2 laps running sides, jogging shorts with jogging laps in between. 2 mile cooldown. The mile repeats were slower than I wanted, but this is the first time I have done speedwork in a while, so hopefully will improve with time. |
