3 mile warmup, 2 1 mile repeats time: 6:28, 6:19, with jogging 400 in between. 2 400 meter runs: 80 seconds each. then 2 laps running sides, jogging shorts with jogging laps in between. 2 mile cooldown. The mile repeats were slower than I wanted, but this is the first time I have done speedwork in a while, so hopefully will improve with time.

lift: plank, ball work, ankle exercises, 4x25 pushups, 3x15 tricep pushups, 3x12 one leg squats on bosu ball, 2 leg squats, butt lifts on ball, pullups and bench dips 3x8, walk over pushups 3x5, shoulder presses 3x12, lunge set with 8 lb medicine ball, emil leg set with step up thing 3x8.
