C'mon down AP!!  Hahaha.  Finally got out of the 10's for good, now I want to see more 8's!  Don't ever injury your achilles (3 months off running) while in nursing school and then get pregnant right after without cross training adequately enough or you'll be finding yourself writing posts like this!  ;)

Awesome. When your "easy" pace becomes easier at a faster pace (does that even make sense?) you know you're getting more fit and becoming a faster/better runner. Good job!

Sounds like a deadly combo. :) I've done something similar, tore my ACL and then three days later found out I was pregnant. I didn't end up running for like a year! When it happens, it all happens at once!

You are making such awesome progress Brooke! Way to go and great job with the ab work too. :)

OK, I will do my best to not get pregnant! But these achilles injuries---I swear they never go away!

Great job on that average pace. I need to visit your blog more often, that cute picture in the bucket makes me smile! She is so dang cute. I miss having babies!

Good job on the AP!
