- 4 miles on the treadmill with 4 x .25 mile marathon pace pick ups each mile (pretty much the exact workout as Monday, just one mile less)
OK, I'm feelin pretty darn groovy. I now love the treadmill, I have now had 3 runs this week with 30 seconds/mile faster times than my normal pregnancy average AND I continue to run despite my constant fears that I'm going to have a 24 weeker pop out of me while running and end up with a NICU baby (what, not everyone thinks like that? :) ).
