1) Continue running for fitness, relaxation and spiritual renewal
2) Possibly take a shot at three hours in the marathon
Treadmill due to snow leftovers. 15 miles at long run pace (8:00/mile) and then three miles at GMP (7:00) and final two miles at GHMP (6:30).
Easy outside in 61 minutes.
3 x 3 miles at GHMP (9.3 mph or 6:30) with three minutes recovery jog.
Easy on the treadmill late in the evening.
Progression run outside with final mile at GHMP - 10 (6:21).
