AM - 4.5 miles with Dan and the dogs from his house out to the horsefarm roads.  Quite windy and cold this morning.  He had an early doctor's appointment so we cut it a little shorter than our normal route this morning.

AM - a little over 3.5 miles this morning with Dan and the dogs on the Milton trail.   Tried to go earlier but it did not happen and had to get back to get Tracy to the airport to visit her folks - as her dad has been in and out of the hospital quite a bit lately.  Will try to get a couple of miles in later today.

AM - 5.25 miles at Milton HS with Finn as Dan awoke with pain in his foot, and was concerned about a stress reaction/fracture and decided to take a day off.  It was much warmer today in the 40's but also rainy.  For some unknown reason I ran considerably faster today averaging under 8 min pace and I added a new loop to the usual course.

AM - 8.5 miles with Greg and Finn on the Greenway in Forsyth early in a misty fog.  It was actually difficult to see with the headlamp in the foggy conditions.  We ran rather quickly at sub 8 min pace (second day in a row for me).   I felt really solid and strong.  I think the new meds with the added iron intake is maybe starting to take effect.  Still have stiffness and some achy muscles probably from the statin, but it is tolerable.
