AM - 2 miles easy on the treadmill before work.  Beginning a focused aerobic base-training cycle.

PM - 6 miles on the treadmill at lunchtime.

AM - 2 miles on the treadmill 

PM - 6 miles after work on the Riverside Trail in Roswell along the Chattahoochee river. Was hoping for some softer trails but this was mostly paved or boardwalk.   Completely flat though which was nice - and lots of runners.

AM - 2 miles easy with Finn in the early morning dark mist/fog.

PM - 6 miles on the treadmill at lunchtime.  Felt tired/crappy.

AM - 2.5 miles with Finn in the early morning cool fog.

PM - at lunchtime - just under 6.5 miles.  Hilly route, but nevertheless on the slow side of my normal training pace.  Warmer and more humid today and was just trying not to strain too much on this one.  Feeling a little tired again today.

AM - 2 miles on the treadmill at home before work.

PM - 5.5 miles on the golf course with Finn.  Let him off lead for much of the run.  He thoroughly enjoyed it and I thoroughly enjoyed watching him.
