AM - got out a little before the other guys and met them back at the cars on the trails for 10 miles before church this morning. Heavy warm humid air was relieved a bit by some drizzle.

AM - 5 miles with Finn before my workday started. He decided as we started down a cul de sac for some extra distance that I thought would be worthwhile, that he was not onboard with that decision and firmly stopped so that we could turn around and head back to the house. He knows where he is and how much he's got in the tank.

AM - 5.25 miles with Finn on the golf course. Odd behavior on my apple watch this morning using the Strava app. I looked down at it when it showed a little over three miles - but it was not recording any splits and it was counting backwards on the mileage when I looked at it again. I finished with negative .75 miles. Really weird - not sure if that was user error or I was in some type of time warp vortex. Also, this was day 500 on my streak of running everyday.

AM - 6 miles with Dan and the dogs on the golf course. He closed on the sale of his house yesterday -- will be moving to Va Bch in the next few weeks - gotta get our runs in while there is still time to run together.
