AM - 5 miles before church around the east end of town and the ball field trail.  

AM - 5.5 miles including .25 warm up from town down along the rail trail next to the Ohio river.  Cooler this morning in the upper 50's following a storm late yesterday ahead of a cool front.  A big tree was down on the trail resulting in a bit of a scramble to get through it - so I came back a different way along the other side of the tracks.  

AM - 5.25 miles at a fairly decent pace today.  Weather was ideal with temperatures right at 50 degrees - did a grid run up and down the numbered streets in Moundsville, WV.  

AM - 6 miles from Moundsville to Glendale along Rte 2 and then back along the Ohio River rail trail.  Temps in the upper 50's - very pleasant morning for a run. Feels like my leg soreness is resolving - perhaps the change to the new carbon Nike trainers did the trick.  They are comfortable and based on my experience with the NB carbon trainers the absorption of energy really does help with long term leg fatigue - at least for me.   Had to switch from the NB for a while as I developed a callous on the side of my left foot from the shoe design, and switched to the old standby Saucony Rides for a few months - which resolved the pain from the callous but resulted in legs feeling a bit more beat-up.  Hoping these Nike's will be a long term solution. 

AM -  just under 5.25 miles - did a loop of the perimeter of the town before we head home later today.  

AM - 3.75 easy miles with Dan and Darryl on the Milton trail - we all had the day off and started a little later as a result.   Kept it short for Dan as he wanted to be able to run tomorrow as well with the larger group.
