| AM - 10 miles solo and very light and easy just under 10 min pace. Intentionally wanted to go slower after a stressful work week of board meetings and conference presentations and travel. Runs in South Florida were high humidity and warm - so my efforts were higher than normal HR's - and I figured a quiet cool long run by myself was in order - and I think I was correct.

| AM - 6 miles from the hotel in Mass along the Main Street drag into Concord. Very nice scenic run...daughter's early labor suggests a possible delivery even today.

| AM - 6.5 miles from the hotel in W. Concord to the town and picked up the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail - which was a very nice rails to trails paved pathway through the countryside. Very well marked with stone mile markers every .25 mile with benches and flashing cross walks for the occasional road crossing. Temps were in the upper 30's but it was sunny and crisp making for a nice run.

| AM - 5 miles on the Bruce Freeman trail in W. Concord from the hotel. Heading home for a few days - baby has not arrived yet, so I have a few things I need to do at the house before returning.

| AM - back in Boston / Concord area - 10.5 miles on the Bruce Freeman trail. Daughter is scheduled to be induced on Monday if she does not deliver before then - so staying for the duration this time. Quick pace this morning. Watch battery died at 7 miles and then I switched to using my phone. Probably faster and more effort than I should have been doing but was very pleased with my fitness this week.

| AM - 5.5 miles from W. Concord following a new route through a neighborhood that emerged as a backway to the hospital where my newest granddaughter was born (finally) early yesterday evening. Norah Florence Miano was 8.5 lbs 21 inches and mom and baby are doing well. My immediate new nick name for her will be "No-Flo" :)

| AM - 8.25 miles from Riley's house in Stow, MA - out to the town hall and Dunkin (which they recently got and for which the town changed it's name to Dunkin for a day) - and looped back. Tracy is staying here with the family to help with baby Norah for about a month and I will pop back and forth on weekends.
