AM - 4.25 miles on the Milton Trail with Dan.  Good to catch up after being away for several days.  Quicker pace than usual on the second half.

AM - 10 miles solo and very light and easy just under 10 min pace.  Intentionally wanted to go slower after a stressful work week of board meetings and conference presentations and travel.  Runs in South Florida were high humidity and warm - so my efforts were higher than normal HR's - and I figured a quiet cool long run by myself was in order - and I think I was correct.
