AM - long-ish run with Greg and Darryl on the Greenway from the Halcyon trailhead.  Greg is nursing back from a knee/IT band injury and needed a mostly flat run no more than 5 or 6 and so we turned around with him at Union Hill and then Darryl and I ran a few more at a more reasonable pace after we got back to the parking lot.  Decent effort, way too fast in the middle miles but that's what happens when running with Greg.

AM - 5 miles solo through WC and to the Grove neighborhood and back.   Slow and clunky.

AM - 3.25 miles extremely easy on the trail - my right hamstring was sore from some non-running activity - work around the house and needed to take it easy today.

AM - total of 7.25 miles the majority of which was with the guys.  It was Dan and Greg's birthday and so we did a run starting at the Starbucks so that when we finished up they could get their free drinks.  :).  Dan and Greg both have injuries so the run was light and short-ish.   Darryl arrived early with me and we did about 3 miles together before meeting up with everyone.   He's running a half next week in Roswell.  My hamstring issue seems to have nearly resolved.

AM - 4 miles easy before church.  Did not feel much fatigue at all today - but took it easy nonetheless.

AM - a little less than 5.25 miles today solo in the neighborhood.  Still quite warm and humid with high dew points.  Ready for summer to end.  Felt a bit of soreness in the upper legs in first 2 miles and then settled in - left hip flexor was a bit achy today for some reason - could have been some yardwork related issue.

AM - 5 miles on the treadmill today.  I reached out to Dan via text this morning but he was unresponsive - and it dawned on me that I seldom have done treadmill runs except for bad weather over the last 5-6 years mainly because I ran either with my dog or with Dan - and now that Finn is no longer with us, and my runs with Dan are few, sometimes a treadmill run even when the weather doesn't require it, can be a good change of pace/scenery.

AM - just under 5.25 miles this morning out through East Bluff but using the trail and North Bluff to start in order to avoid traffic in the darkness on Freemanville Rd...sunrise is now just before 7 am.

AM - decent 5.25 miles this morning starting from Wood Rd and doing the Brittle/Summit leg and then back down to the bridge on the Milton Trail.   Not sure why I felt normal and solid today, but I will take it.

AM - 5 miles in the neighborhood - slighly different route for a change - ended up coming out at a school bus stop where Clyde (a very large bull mastiff) was with his owner and her little boy as he was boarding the bus.  I had met Clyde over a year ago on a run and would greet him and pet him now and again - but had not seen him in a while - so we got reacquianted.   He's 180 lbs.
