AM - 3.25 miles very easy this morning before church.  Probably need a rest day - but opted to do a slow run in the NB fuel cells for the benefit of the carbon plate for leg fatigue.

AM - 3.75 miles with Dan on the trail.   He's having knee issues and also had a kidney biopsy on Thursday last week, so this was his first day back running and he wanted to take it short and easy.

PM - 2.25 miles on the treadmill to tryout a new pair of running shoes.  Nike Zoom Fly 6's.  Kinda liked them.

5.250.000.000.005.25

AM - 5.25 miles including a .25 mile warm up on a very heavy humid morning - rained a bit toward the end of the run.   Could not get any turn-over today - so I took what I was given and did not try to fight it.

AM - 4.5 miles with Dan from his place and on the Triple Crown route today.  Still very high dew point and humidity - but maybe a little more acclimated to it than the last couple of days because it did not seem as significant.  Heading up to WV to be with Tracy's parents for a week.
