PM - a little over 8 miles on the treadmill at lunchtime. Oddly the treadmill yesterday and today - actually has my foot feeling better than when out on the roads - last week it was the exact opposite.  Two good/decent runs in a row - so I will take it.

PM - 9 miles today on the treadmill at somewhat faster pace/effort but still easy.  Longest run in quite a while. Foot seems to be tolerating the treadmill and the volume better than the roads or the golf course these last few days.

PM - another decent run on the treadmill - 10 miles.  Foot seems almost like it is getting better with the increased volume.

PM - 1.5 mile warm up then 5 miles at high aerobic effort - to just short of aerobic threshold on the treadmill - then a mile cool down.  Was not feeling that great to start - but kept this pace going consistently for 35 mins or so - before cooling down.   Good effort.

PM - 8.5 miles in the afternoon on a warm humid day.  Easy HR effort - slow pace on a hilly route.
