AM - 4.25 easy recovery miles in Concord.   Legs were sore and fatigued from yesterday's long run effort where I did a faster finish in some warmer temps having started later in the morning   

AM - 6.5 miles on the BF Trail in Concord - headed the direction of Acton and back.  Pushing a little too much - need to run more at ease allowing the pace to organically develop. 

AM - 6.25 miles this morning on a loop around Concord.  Quite warm this morning with a record high temperature in the forecast for today - and given the fatigue in my legs the last two days, I backed off wisely on the pace today.  

AM - 4 miles quickly fitted in before taking Tracy to the hospital for Riley's delivery.  

AM - 5.5 miles from W. Concord following a new route through a neighborhood that emerged as a backway to the hospital where my newest granddaughter was born (finally) early yesterday evening.  Norah Florence Miano was 8.5 lbs 21 inches and mom and baby are doing well.  My immediate new nick name for her will be "No-Flo" :) 

AM - 5.75 miles with Dan in GA for a day before returning to Boston for the long weekend.  Had some things to take care of at home as the reason for the quick turnaround.  Very warm and humid run.  Used the same warm up before starting my watch but added the total in here.  

AM - 8.25 miles from Riley's house in Stow, MA - out to the town hall and Dunkin (which they recently got and for which the town changed it's name to Dunkin for a day) - and looped back.  Tracy is staying here with the family to help with baby Norah for about a month and I will pop back and forth on weekends.
