AM - 4 miles on the trail with Dan and the dogs.  

AM - 4.5 miles with Dan and Finn from Milton HS and through Crabapple.   Talked about our friends who were doing Boston today - felt a little FOMO.  Tracked them all and each had very good runs today - Ben in particular went sub-3 hours at 2:56 and Allan ran 3:19.   Kacy ran 3:11 and Karen ran 3:18.   Nice seeing Conner Mantz run a really strong race today too.  

AM - 5.25 miles with Finn through the East Bluff and up to the top of Dinsmore.   Slow start but gradually got up to a good pace. Finn seemed to be a little off this morning at times running in parallel or slightly behind me - though he was super stoked to run when we got up this morning.  As with the last two mornings, I have done some indoor rowing as a part of additional fitness along with yoga and strengthening exercises.

AM - 5 miles on the WC Golf course with Dan and Finn.

AM - 3.5 miles with Dan and the dogs on the trail which was pretty muddy from the rains over the last few days - so we stayed on the back nine - and looped around the lake over a couple of new bridges which are nearly completed.   He had an early doctor appointment and had to cut things short today. 

AM - 5 miles with Dan and Finn through the neighborhood quite early as I had a meeting in the office.  Slow start as always, but finished strong.  Finn has been lagging a little bit in the last couple of runs where he's more to the side of me instead of his normal up front.   

AM - 7.5 miles with Dan and Darryl on an improvised and very hilly route - we opted not to go with Greg on the Forsyth trail where we end up with a tempo effort.  This was more relaxed and sub-tempo and sub-long run distance.   Good conversation.
