AM - ran with the guys downtown today for a change of scenery.   Lots of people out walking and running with their dogs too.  We finished on the old track of the former Milton HS which was rebuilt as a STEM school called Innovation Academy.  They did not renovate the track which is in poor shape and interestingly actually is not on a level plain - so part of the track is uphill! :)

AM - 5.25 miles with Finn before work - temperature dropped overnight to the high 30's again - and it appears later this week we may get even colder on those mornings - but that may be the last gasp of cold weather - I hope.   The trees and flowers are all in early bloom - the azaleas outside my office window greeted me with pink and white flowers this morning when I opened the shade.

PM - 3 miles with Finn after work.

AM - 5.75 miles with Dan and the dogs - a bit warmer than yesterday, more comfortable and a nice daybreak finish - sunrise not yet quite visible with lots of birdsong.

AM - 5.25 miles with Finn.   Dan started the run with us, but the pollen in the air was considerable, and he wears hard contact lenses - and some pollen got in his eyes which he could not clean out - so he returned home after less than a mile.

AM - 6 hilly faster miles with Finn - chilly for April 2 - it was 31 degrees with a real feel of 27.   Perhaps one more day of winter weather before we leave it all behind.

AM - 15k with Finn mostly at tempo effort.  Up Mount Pritchard and around Echelon - cold start with frost on the ground but an otherwise glorious morning.
