PM - 9 miles on an Easter afternoon of dog and light rain.  Good run compared to yesterday.

AM - 3 miles easy with some indoor rowing.

PM - another 7 at lunchtime - felt slow and lousy.

PM - decent workout - 2 x 2 miles at HM pace - with an 800 rest between.  Avg'd 6:27 for the first rep and 6:22 for the second one - though my HR was pretty high on the second one.  These were on the treadmill since yesterday felt so bad outside - I think although I don't have symptomatic allergies to the high springtime pollen - it might have had something to do with feeling off.

Saw someone in Piedmont Park running with one of these breathing masks a couple of weeks ago.  http://www.muscleandfitness.com/features/gear/breathing-easier-training-mask-better-cardio

While the science suggests that it won't duplicate altitude training - it may filter out pollen.

Unplanned day of rest.  Extremely long and busy work day and then family stuff in the evening.
