AM - Treadmill workout - 3 x 10 mins with a 3 min rest - 1.5 mile warm up and about 1 mile cool down.  Avg'd about 6:45 per mile in each 10 min interval and my HR was slotted at an avg of 154 for the three intervals.   My treadmill calibration was off by about 25 seconds per mile on the NPE Runn sensor feeding my Garmin, but Chat converted the paces to the above. I am not running 6:15 miles at my age but that's what it was showing.  I will adjust it before my next workout.  Travel today through Saturday.

That's solid. Nice work!

6:15 would be ridiculous for me for 30 minutes. 6:45 might be doable.

I am finding with my Stryd Pods that my treadmill is reading 15-25 seconds fast, which seems about right. For reference, the treadmill isn't that old, it is a True 3000 (so a pretty solid home treadmill). Usually the faster I got, the closer the Stryd Pods and treadmill aligns (at 9.0 MPH is is only about 4-5 seconds difference).

The treadmill reads what it sends to the belt. Whether or not the belt matches that speed is a different story. Weight matter as well, as the motor has to work harder and the belt pinches more, etc.

HR seems about right for 3 x 10' efforts.

I had the chance to try a Wahoo treadmill last April and had it been released when I bought my treadmill, that is what I would have bought (though the price recently jumped up crazy high). I would be interested to test one of those against my Stryd pods.
